Important AICTE Instruction
- LoA/EoA letters (since inception) must be part of the mandatory disclosure.
- Complete mandatory disclosure should be converted into a single PDF and URL entered in AICTE portal attachments tab.
- The disclosure must be freely viewable/downloadable without restrictions.
- The website should be dynamically updated with latest mandatory disclosure information.
- Suppression or misrepresentation of information may invite penal action.
